high voltage auto load booster in the utility’s distribution systems

The power distribution system applied to utilities is generally the high voltage auto load booster (SVR). It should be noted that there are two different types of ac automatic load supercharger: medium-voltage cascade voltage regulator (mechanical) and low-voltage regulator (mechanical or electronic). Their differences in operation and design clearly indicate that their applications are different. The latter aims to protect end-user equipment from overpressure and undervoltage conditions. However, this article will focus on high voltage automatic load modulators, and voltage applications are mainly used to compensate for voltage drop in feeder or power distribution systems.
